House Rules

Welcome to Huisje Bosrijk! This document outlines how we would like you to handle the house and its inventory. We have established some rules, and we hope that you can adhere to them. By following these guidelines, you help us continue to provide excellent service to you and future guests.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is before 11:00 AM.

In the House

  • We kindly ask you not to move any indoor furniture outside. Of course, you can enjoy meals outdoors using the available tableware and cutlery.
  • Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, and tea towels are provided.
  • Please leave the oven, microwave, refrigerator, and freezer clean and empty. Please turn off the refrigerator. If you wish to leave something in the refrigerator or freezer (it's a shame to throw away), please let us know.
  • Upon departure, all dishes must be done. We also ask that you empty the dishwasher and put everything back in the cabinets.
  • Please remove the fitted sheets and bottom sheets from the beds and place them in the bathroom upon departure.
  • The towels and bed linen should remain in the house after your departure.
  • Dispose of trash in the containers around the complex.
  • Remember to close all doors and windows carefully when leaving the house temporarily or upon departure.
  • The air conditioning should only be on when you are present in the house. Since the air conditioning cools all rooms, all windows and doors must be closed when it is on.
  • If something breaks? We greatly appreciate it if you report any damage promptly so that we do not discover it only after your departure. The house is inspected for defects and missing items before new guests arrive, as they also deserve a comfortable vacation. Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by them, co-tenants, or guests. Costs for this damage will be deducted from the deposit.

House Rules

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
  • A small dog may be allowed upon agreement. Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the house and waste must be cleaned up. The additional cleaning cost is €30.00.
  • Respect your neighbors by not turning up the volume of the radio or television too high, especially when doors and windows are open.
